How this mode handles one round

The wheel selects one entry from the choices currently available in the round. With no-repeat enabled, a selected entry is held out and the remaining entries form the next draw pool. Starting a new round returns every choice.

Before acting on a result

Check that every name appears once and is readable before spinning. For an audience, announce repeat rules and what happens when a selected person is unavailable so the rules do not change after a result appears.
